Divtechmusic.com follows all the legal regulations in effect concerning the usage of musical pieces, and makes all the necessary payments to the holders of royalties and all relative taxes.
It is forbidden to put back on the web or to re diffuse with whatsoever mean, and particularly through internet the works or the pieces that have been downloaded from the present website.
Streaming and downloading are strictly connected to private use, and no copies after the first are allowed.
It is furthermore prohibited any form of further usage such as borrowing, renting, public broadcasting and reproducing files downloaded from the present website.
We also make known to our users that, according to Legislative Decree 196/2003, for controls by the authorities and by SIAE, certain personal data may be subject to verification by the appropriate authorities.
